Under its seat is a large storage area. It can be locked with a combination lock or so (see picture). We do not provide a lock.
It has stayed in the backyard for several years, we might have sat one or twice on it, stored one item for a couple of weeks or less in the bench. Better to sell it. We unfortunately don't enjoy the yard, only cleaning there. No time.
Good condition, but "as is".
Just need a good clean up inside the storage.
We paid for the item, taxes on it and shipping. You will only have to pay for the item itself. It was uneasy to assembly, but we did it. It comes already assembled for the one who will purchase it.
It is NOT junk quality. It can stay outdoor all weather. We have only one bench.
I listed the matching table and armchair in a separate listing. Had them all together in a previous listing, but if we were not considering separating them before, we do now.
