I am moving and can't take this. The loveseat is almost like brand new, probably been sat on 5-6 times. No Stains, Rug is very clean and in great shape. Would like to sell it all together, but will separate. Loveseat, Coffee Table, End Table, Sofa Table, two lamps, TV stand. TV NOT included and Area Rug. Area rug is 102"x142" approximately. ALL ITEMS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE, BUG FREE, PET Free AND SMOKE FREE HOME. I Will sell these items separately, but prefer as a package deal.
