With tax and shipping, we paid $230 for this table. Once I got it all put together, there was no disassembling and putting it back in the box to return. I'm just trying to get back what we paid for it. The bonus for you is that it is ALREADY ASSEMBLED!! No extra charge! 😉
The wooden drawer and the two baskets go the whole length and can be opened from either side (or taken out of you prefer). Also, the triangular book organizer on the one shelf is removable if you don't want it in there. Table fully rotates nicely. Seems to be good and sturdy; it's fairly heavy too.
The product description says that it is composite wood with a painted finish. I do not think that is accurate at all. I was expecting it to look like that based on the photos on the website, but as you can see from the couple photos I zoomed in on, it definitely has more of a wood look than a painted look. I think it's probably a laminate. Definitely not paint.
