Ikea FRIHETEN L-shaped sleeper section with storage. You can see the current price ($1099) on Ikea's website (in the current colors). The fabric is in good shape. There is a little sag in the middle where people mostly sit, but still perfectly comfortable and not visible. I found it very useful, especially the pull-out bed and storage, although we used that part perhaps only 2-3 times. (Tip: if you use it as a bed, the cushions store perfectly in the storage compartment).
