Well-crafted Hooker Brand bookcase. Solid wood construction, black with gold leaf accenting and a distressed/heirloom finish. Could be easily painted in a lighter color letting some of the black streaking show through for another type of distressed look if you don't like the dark color. Four shelves, top shelf is removable glass. Has a downlight above the top shelf with three brightness levels via a touch point. Shaker-style backboard. Has a space for cords to be placed through the back on the bottom shelf and the drawers. Two large drawers on the bottom. Heavy duty, beautiful bookcase that gets a ton of compliments. Dimensions are as follows: 40w x 19d x 90.5h. Current pricing for a unit similar in size, appearance, and quality brand is approximately $2,750 (including tax - see attached screenshots). Just Google Hooker brand bookcases and you'll see pricing with units that size which have bottom-enclosed storage, incorporated lighting, etc. Marked-down list price when we bought it, before crazy inflation, was $2,175. We do have the paperwork with it. Asking $695. Pick up at my office off of Cornell Road in Sycamore Township OH. Ranch-style office with no steps and can back up right to the door for easy loading. I can help a little but will probably need to have two people when you pick up plus my help.
