Leather couch and love seat. Good condition no tears or rips. Only problem is that the right side mechanical kick out on the couch does not work. Will not be super hard to move them out - you can take them easily through a sliding glass door entrance- but you will need two strong people as the mechanicals make them somewhat heavy.
