I have purchased a number of these for my personal, rental homes, children's homes. They work great!
Why am I selling this? I purchased a replacement for one of my new rental homes. Unfortunately the sump pit housing in this home was smaller than normal. This unit requires a sump pit diameter greater than 16". I was able to use this pump for a couple of days until I could obtain a more narrow base unit. Since the unit was "used" for a couple of days I could not return it.
My loss is your gain. These retail new for $579 plus sales tax (approximately $618) plus shipping/handling if applicable.
I recently replaced my other Wayne units and since they are reliable I don't expect to need this one as a replacement. Making available at a loss to me, a win for you.
