I am a Cincinnati-based angel investor and asset-based private lender with over 30 years of experience building companies and deploying private Funding. Today, I work directly with business owners who need flexible funding and experienced guidance to move their business forward.
This is private Funding — not bank financing, not brokered loans, and not a one-size-fits-all solution.
My focus is on businesses that already exist, have operations in place, and need Funding to solve real problems or seize real opportunities. This includes expansion, acquisition, business rescue, or restructuring situations where traditional lenders are not a fit.
This is not startup funding.
