Answers telephone inquiries for guests and accurately takes reservations and memos for the proper person.
Greets guests and presents them with menu (adult and child if appropriate) and wine list after seating them in their designated area
Clears silver, napkin, plates, and glassware from unoccupied seats
Checks with guests, prior to their departure, as to the satisfaction of their meal, business, or meeting
Gets signature on chits for all carry out orders and returns chits to server station or neatly to end of bar.
Checks coats, hats, umbrellas etc… during inclement weather, and presents guest with claim check.
Sorts, polishes and puts silverware in bins during slow periods and at the start and end of shift.
Will be responsible for adequate supply of folded napkins for restaurant and banquets departments
