We are currently hiring for Hosts to work Cincinni/Northern Kentucky Internional Airport loced in Hebron, KY

Here are some things you can expect as a Host/Hostess:

Greet all guests in a courteous and professional manner and escort them to their table
Se guests and maintain organizion and flow in restaurant (roting tables assigned by server)
Assist guests with children and special needs, as required
Present menus, answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food and service
Inform servers and management of special needs and/or potential problems with guests
Clear and reset counters or tables conclusion of each course
Ensure complete guest sisfaction
Thank guests for their pronage upon exiting the restaurant
Other duties as assigned

6 months' experience working in retail or food service environment
High school diploma preferred
Verbal and written communicion
Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communice with guests and take orders
Experience in dealing with problems involving customer service
Basic mhemical skills necessary to opere a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, etc.
Food handlers permit as required by law
Brand certificion, as required
Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
