Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen utensils
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
Empty trash and recycling throughout the shift
Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
Assist with basic food prep and other kitchen duties when requested
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Help keep the kitchen clean and stocked during service
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person
Schedule
Friday - 5pm-11pm
Saturday - 10am-3pm & 5pm-11pm
Sunday - 10am-5pm
Pay & Benefits:
$15-16/hr based on reliability and quality of work
