Bartender/Server:
Taglio in Over the Rhine is looking for enthusiastic and motivated bartenders/servers to add to our team. Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine in, take-out and in-house delivery. We are currently hiring for part-time Weekday lunch/Weekend day & night and we are flexible when it comes to availability. Minimal previous bartending and serving experience is necessary with an emphasis on knowledge of craft cocktails, Italian wines and craft beers. Must have a positive, teamwork mentality.
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with guests; take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintaining facility cleanliness and maintenance.

Compensation: $20 - $35 per hour
