Hello out there! MELT in Northside, a long-standing popular cafe in the community, is on the hunt for a versatile lead, who has acute attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to execute both FOH and BOH functions. This candidate must be able to self-direct, manage time effectively, and have excellent customer service skills. Executing recipes, interacting with guests, and leading shifts could all be in the scope of this position. Must be hospitality focused.

MELT is a made from scratch cafe, with a heavy lean towards vegetarian and gluten free options. We source local, organic and sustainable ingredients, and take a lot of pride in the foods/drinks we prepare. We are an independent small business that values health, the environment and community.
