Kitchen crew responsibilities include:
Preparing Items for cooking
Cook
Wash dishes
Clean the kitchen
The daily operations vary during the week. Preparations are done earlier in the day. Cooking will be done through out the day with slow times and busy times, especially on the weekends. Cleaning is in accordance with health and safety protocol.
There is flexibility and heavily discounted meals. Uniform is provided for.
