Small Diner looking for a flat top cook. Must have major experience. A team player that does everything it takes to put quality food out of the window. Must be fast and handle being in the weeds from time to time. Opening, closing, keeping an eye on inventory meaning don’t use the last thing of anything. Dependable and reliable with a good temperament. The words that’s not my job doesn’t exist. Skilled spatula and knife work is a must. No substance abusers or drama makers. We have drug free policy
