Taglio Bar & Pizzeria located in Montgomery is hiring an experienced server. Part-time and full-time hours are available and **weekend nights are a must for this position**. This person must have at least 1 year of bartending experience.

Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine-in, take-out, and in-house delivery. We are a scratch kitchen and also have a strong lineup of Taglio-exclusive alcoholic beverages, including our Taglio + Castelvecchio Chianti and Bianco, Fortello Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, J.D. Wayne Whiskey, Arcana Gin, and Three Primes Pizza Lager and Traveler IPA.
We place enormous emphasis on wine bottle sales, so this person must complete our specific wine program during their training, including meeting with our Level 3 Sommelier to lock in understanding of our wines.
Job duties include:
- Greeting and saying good-bye to guests.
- Performing tableside wine service.
- Providing excellent service to our guests according to Taglio's steps of service.
- Clearing tables of dishes and glassware; cleaning & re-setting tables.
- Helping to maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
- Helping to maintain cleanliness of employee areas.
- Answering phone and taking to-go and delivery orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist in correctly packing up completed to-go orders.
- Processing cash, credit card, and Taglio gift card payments in-person and over the phone.
- Communicating with management and coworkers about guest needs.
