Ando Japanese Restaurant is seeking experienced and enthusiastic kitchen staff to add to our
team in the BOH position. Japanese food
experience would be preferred but not necessary; we are looking for individuals with a positive and professional attitude interested in preparing traditional, Japanese food.
DISHWASHER:
-Clean and organize station
- Keep dishes/glasses, silverware, etc. clean and orderly
-Communicate with the rest of the team when needed
-Be on time with a good attitude
-Work quickly and cleanly
BOH:
-Help with food prep (Knife skills needed)
-Grill, saute, fry
-Move quickly with others to quickly and cleanly finish dishes
