The Product:

Requirements: Must be enthusiastic about health, personal growth, eating real food, cooking, baking, family, babies, homesteading, decentralization, parallel economies…stuff like that.
Skills: We are looking for a diamond in the rough. Someone who is entrepreneurial and loves to serve the community with high-quality products and services. Handy skills to have are sales, communication, networking, basic arithmetic, operate device (POS) effectively, extroverted, loves people and crowds. You will speak to thousands of people.
Commitment: Preferably can attend all events but not a requirement.
1. Cincy Crunchy Fest on May 9th is MANDATORY (Training Day).
> This is our target audience. It’s in Lebanon at the fairgrounds. 10a-4p.
2. Morrow Festival on May 16th
3. Maineville Farmers Market begins on May 30th. Every other Saturday until October.
4. Evo Fit event on May 25th.
5. Working on adding more to schedule.
Compensation: We understand that worldly economics have everyone in a tight spot. However, we will discuss this topic once we find quality candidates. We incentivize good sales on top of the base pay. There will be other opportunities like help prepare the food for events. You will not get rich helping us but you will gain a tremendous amount of business acumen, and decipher how to navigate the struggles we all face.
