This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record th meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
This Positions includes weekend and evening shifts as needed

Program Supervisor

As a mission-driven organizion, we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Facilite the implemention of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participe in a range of administrive duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
- Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparion and planning; medicion administrion; and personal care.
- Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
- Facilite community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportion to work or other activities.
Qualificions:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year reled work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certificion where required by regulory authority.
- Excellent communicion skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
- Strong organizional abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
