We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team in Cincinnati. As the first point of contact for our guests, you are the face of our hotel. Your primary goal is to provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience while ensuring our guests feel welcome and well-informed during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Registration: Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS). Verify guest information and secure payment methods.
Communication Hub: Manage the hotel switchboard, taking reservations over the phone and handling guest inquiries regarding billing, amenities, and room status.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or maintenance requests immediately with a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Financial Accuracy: Maintain an accurate cash drawer and process credit card transactions securely. Ensure all guest folios are accurate upon checkout.
Lobby Upkeep: Monitor the lobby and coffee station areas to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and inviting for arriving guests.
Safety & Security: Follow all hotel safety protocols, including key control and guest privacy standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Professionalism: A polished appearance and a "can-do" attitude are essential.
