I need a custom grille or cover made to fit a small supply duct. See attached photo.

I'm open on material and style — wood, metal, laser-cut, even 3D printed — whatever works and can be painted or finished to blend in with white trim. It just needs to fit the opening, let air through, and mount cleanly (either flush or surface-mounted).

I'll send exact measurements (width x height x depth).
