Converge IT is seeking candidates for a short-term project in Cincinnati with the possibility of a long term part time position. The project will consist of backing up data from existing computers, wiping the drive, installing a fresh copy of Windows, joining to the domain, installing our RMM/EDR tools, transferring data, setting up user profiles, installing software, etc. Candidates should have at least 3 years of helpdesk experience and be able to pass a background check.
