Looking for other Christian men to start an off grid community

Let's start a new amish community, cattle ranch, no leaders except Jesus, a few basic rules like dispose of your own sewage, no loud noises, smells, but other then that no building codes, hold the land in a private trust all founding members will get a lot in the new village, and or a large lot to farm/homestead. That lot can be inherited by their children, or transferred to another member, everyone will pass a background check and the founders need to have capital to donate to the trust. 5 of us with 200k each should be enough we can buy at least 200 acres and on that make a 10 or 20 acre private village, and eventually allow new members who won't come live there but come for eco tourism, artisan shopping, workshops, recreation, relaxing in nature, events etc. Christians only and of those the ones who believe in what Jesus says not these modern religions
