Literally just got this jersey and it turns out the sizing is Race Fit and runs very, very small for the size marked.
This is a 2XL but fit's like a USA Large....Measures 21" from pit to pit, and the body is snug. Full length zipper.
One of the coolest designs I've seen...a real "Eye Catcher"
