The storage is just off Rt222 (around a mile from the Rt 50 and 222 intersection).
Renter pays each month in advance. Could also pay on a 6 month or yearly basis. No exceptions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with one month notice.
Electricity not available at the garage.
We provide a storage area for your baby.
Not responsible for damages (as you will be the one getting it in and out of there).
Note: most boat owners cover their boats under their homeowner policy.
This is private property. Access from 5 AM to 10 PM
Monthly rate is $80 per month for inside storage in advance.
All storage must be paid in cash or Zelle or Venmo payment in advance! You will be required to sign a release from liability agreement.
Over 3 days late is a 10% late fee. Over 1 week late is a $20 late fee per month.
Note: No refund policy. Any property that has been left for 2 months without rental being paid will be deemed to be abandoned and can be sold for parts or scrap.
I am fair and have had great relations with previous renters with repeat business.
