This Graco black stroller can be adjusted for baby or toddler to lay back or sit up. The canopy can be collapsed back to be more open. There is a basket below and cup holders for child and parent. There is a waist strap, with a strap between the legs. This would not be suitable for a young baby - only those that can sit up.
