Has infant car seat. Stroller will click that in or the other seat which can be used as a bassinet or toddler seat when upright. Front facing or rear-facing. Folds up easy. Had it about a year. Please note: there is no canopy for the car seat to shade out the sun. The clip is highlighted with a red marker in one of the photos is broken bent so no canopy can go on it. This might be a good system for a grandparent. Clean and solid except for the missing canopy! Also, the base to the car seat is not included. You can use the lap belt system safely or buy the base separately.
