If you are an experienced HVAC maintenance technician and a 'go-to' kind of person, Baptist Life Communities wants to talk with you about an opportunity to join our maintenance team. We are looking for a Full Time (FT) HVAC person to partner with us in supporting our two Northern Kentucky senior Long Term Care (LTC) and independent-living communities. You're primary responsibility in this role will be to maintain our HVAC system; however, there are other general maintenance responsibilities as well. We have two locations in Northern Kentucky (Alexandria and Erlanger) and this position serves both communities.
* Three (3) years' HVAC experience
* Some experience in plumbing, electric, carpentry, and painting
* Inspect and test equipment.
* Make minor adjustments to equipment.
* Replace worn and broken parts.
* Install parts and equipment.
* Use hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic testing devices.
* Perform preventive maintenance.
* Install and repair wiring.
* Read and use manuals, work orders.
* Basic computer use.
* Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of work area.
Nature of Work
Duration: Full Time, Regular
Normal Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Normal Work Shifts: First (Day)
Some On-Call required
