Owner is out of state and was taken advantaged of by a property manager who walked out and left the building totally empty. Need help! Can't sleep and losing more than $2,000 a month paying my hard money lender. I don't know if I can continue paying...

If my hard money lender will agree - any low ball offer, as long as it's cash will be presented to them.
You pay my hard money lender every month and renovate the units and rent it out. Then you can refinance me out.
Combination of the two - I don't care anymore.
