We are looking for an Administrator who is able to start IMMEDIATELY.
This person needs to be able to manage a range of tasks at once, while not feeling under pressure.
• 2+ yrs Office Administrative experience
• Can type 50+ WPM
• Must be proficient in Adobe, Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint, Scanning, Printing, and Copying
• Must be Time Efficient
• Personable individual
• 18+ Years
• High School Diploma
• Cell Phone Efficient
• Filing in Chronological order
• Light Office Cleaning
• Good Phone Voice
• Positive Attitude
• Must be Organized
• Ability to Multitask
The Administrator plays a major role in our company and can vary on a daily basis. However, some of the most important duties are:
- Scheduling interviews for upcoming job openings
- Answering the phone with a professional cheerful tone
- Always staying professional in our work environment
