Services we are looking for:
• Repairs/Replacement (Fence, Drywall, Deck, Floor, Window, Door, Appliances, Irrigation, Driveway, Siding, gutter, Soffit/Fascia, etc.)
• Major Repair (Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, Electric) with Permit
• Lawn Care/Tree trimming/removal
Before Apply Please Read:
* Must be willing to take good photos with tape measurements for all the damages and before, during, and after photos of all
work completion.
* Must have wide open schedule frequently.
* Must estimate any damages found at the property they visit. We prioritize someone who has clear and open eyes for a new bid
opportunities while completing other jobs at a location, property, or site.
* For major repairs, we will definitely require the work to be done as per local code with a permit. We will be requesting a permit copy and the license to verify everything.

Payment: Payments are within 1–3 days after work is verified (but to begin with, we will offer next day payment, so you get comfortable with our payment process). Work/Schedule visit has to be done within 48 hours.
