The Pendleton County 4-H Rabbit Club would like to thank you in your interest to join us in our first Animal Swap/ Vendor Show.
DATE: June 25th 8:00am-2:00pm
LOCATION: PC Fairgrounds
SET-UP COST: $5.00 per 10'x10' spot
This event will run like a flea market; animals, professional and homemade products are all welcomed. Yard Sale set ups are also encouraged.
Satisfaction of our guests and the welfare of the animals are our utmost priority. This event is a fundraiser to help Pendleton County youth attend and compete at the American Rabbit Breeders National Convention in Reno, NV in October.
-Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables and chairs.
-All animals must be contained; either leashed, in trailers or in individual carriers
-Shade and water must be provided to the animals at all times, June is a hot month.
-Poultry sales require paperwork that will be at the check in tent.
-Goats require scrapie tags to be placed in the ears before sold
-Spots are given on a first come, first served basis. While we accept day-of vendors, prime spots will be reserved for those who pre paid.
