Original price was 10k and the home owner wanted blinds inside the glass unfortunately that meant she had to spend another 13k. So everything is pretty much brand new. I refinished the paint on the inside and brought it back to new. This does come with a screen as well. I will install this and deliver if you pay me. I still need to restrain the threshold “bottom of door” to complete the restoration. Will barter as well
