Primary objective is to increase sales revenue from I.T. solutions and consulting services offered to new clients and prospects in Cincinnati. NDM will provide contact information for prospects. This position is contract and commission only. Our compensation structure is the highest in the industry. You will receive a percentage of all sales you bring to NDM. Additionally, the U.S. Government is giving each doctor up to $44,000 if they purchase an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution in the next 1-3 years. Currently, only 20% of the market has an EMR solution in place so your opportunities are endless. We need you to aspire and grab these opportunities before anyone else does.

Job Description
LOOL is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to represent and sell our product in 30 major metropolitan areas within North America. These individuals must be able to identify and secure prospects, complete product demonstrations in person, secure sales orders, and conduct initial installation services.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have proven business-to-business selling and customer relationship management skills.The optimal candidate will be focused and perseverant in achieving sales objectives while being dedicated to continually delivering outstanding value to our customers. The ideal candidate will also have a love of food and the overall restaurant experience.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of proven direct selling experience in the food and beverage industry. Direct experience in the restaurant industry and / or experience selling POS systems, reservations systems or other technical items will be beneficial but is not required.
Compensation
Compensation is residual commission-based (based on performance minimums), with a training stipend provided in the first three months. Compensation is a minimum of 40% of an approximate $1000 sale. Based on the experience of current sales reps, a minimum of 2 sales per week is realistic. The training stipend will be $1000-1700 per month for up to 3 months, based on experience & location. Highly successful representatives may also have an opportunity to earn an equity position in the company.
