Looking for positive, assertive outside Sales Manager for 200+ room branded hotel in Cincinnati . As a member of the Executive Team, you will be responsible to solicit and book business in the Cincinnati market. Hotel sales background not necessary, but individual must have three to five years of successful OUTSIDE sales experience. Position will include sales incentives!

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:
-Manage day to day store operations and meet activation and sales goals
-Manage store opening and store closing procedures
-Oversee all cash handling and reconciliation procedures
-Maintain physical store appearance etc
-Recruit, train and develop high performing sales associates
-Participate in weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
-Manage store inventory
-Partner with Corporate Team and vendors to determine and implement marketing campaigns
-Review daily reports for monthly sales trending
-Schedule Sales Associates to ensure complete customer satisfaction while keeping labor cost within line of corporate recommendations to maximize profits and driving your income
-Track and Improve Profit and Loss Statements (P & L) for store
-Resolve customer issues and maintain solid customer service
-Build store business and referrals
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent minimum
-College degree preferred
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-3 years telecommunications industry management experience and extensive product, and sales training knowledge
-Must love to sell, and love to teach others to sell
-Must be able to sell a minimum of 25 activations per month each month by them selves
-Must excel at meeting and where possible-exceeding customers needs 100% of the time
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to multi-task
-Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
-Computer literate
-Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
-Must have demonstrated leadership characteristics including ability to drive performance through a sales team, multi-tasking and managing the operational aspects of the business
-Must have a desire to succeed in a monthly quota driven environment
-A proven track record of exceeding budgeted sales goals in a commission-based retail sales environment
