Hey everybody!

At the moment, I do not have an apartment so if my potential roommate wanted to apartment search with me, we could pick one out together that we both love! I'm looking to move to the West Chester/Mason area but, I'm also looking at apartments in Loveland, Landen, & Milford (including any other surrounding towns). The estimated rent would be, at most, $630 each per month. This price includes half of the rent (of an apartment that's $950 a month) & half of the utilities, including cable & wireless internet. Most of the apartments I've looked at are in the $600 - $850 per month range & I rounded up on my guestimates of how much our utilities would be so $630 is an inflated price but, I wanted to give a high estimate just to be on the safe side.

Age doesn't really matter to me as long as you're mature & responsible. Must have a job with reliable income. Non-smoker is preferred but, I can tolerate an outside smoker. No drugs or heavy partiers please.

Also, I would be willing to live with somebody who already has a place!

I'm a 26 year old young professional guy. I just got a job in the area and need to move from New Mexico to Ohio within a week or two. It will be my husband and I- we are not at all picky about our living arrangements, but we do have six dogs. I know, it's ridiculous, but they are awesome. We have a Boxer, a Shar-Pei mix, a Norweigan Elkhound, a Chihuahua/Yorkie, and two small sized mutts (poodle, pom, terrier, and pretty much anything other cute thing you can think of). The small dogs currently stay indoors, but can definitely be confined to a room. The big dogs sleep with us now, but we know that'll probably have to change.

Enough about the dogs though, my husband and I are pretty sweet too. I'm 22, he's 23. We've been married a little over two years and hate drama. He does not have a job lined up in Ohio, but he is a very responsible man. He currently works as a reporter for the local newspaper. We are intelligent, laid back, and fun. We live in a verrrry small town now (and good people are hard to come by here) so we spend most of our nights pretty quietly at home.

My story is this:
I am 36 years old, divorced, and my entire life is work - work - work.

I used to live in Ohio,(Fairborn, and, Lakewood) where I met the love of my life.

We split.
I went to Florida to help my father when my mother passed away.

I live outside Columbus but work in Fairfield during the week. I'm seeking a clean, quiet room to rent. I'll only be there Mon. through Thurs. nights, since I usually go home on the weekends.
