We are a unique family as far as needs are concerned. Occupants will include Husband, Wife, 2 Children in College and Disabled Mother. We would love to have bedroom and bath on the first floor but not a deal breaker. We would love a large ranch style home/ 2story with 1st floor master/ or mother/daughter setup. A finished basement with bath is a high priority for oldest son in medical school. Would prefer at least a 2 year lease but again not a deal breaker. Wife and son train Registered Service Dogs. We have 2 dogs of our own and up to 7 total when we are training. A fenced yard is a must. All dogs are inside animals, they are all adult dogs that are housebroke and create no damage. These are dogs that are highly trained!!!!!! They cost upwards of $10,ooo each so believe me when I say they will NOT hurt your home. Would love a country type setting if I could chose. Rent amount really depends on how well home suits are needs. We have plenty of income, extremely clean, and very handy. We would treat your house like our home.
