I live outside Columbus but work in Fairfield during the week. I'm seeking a clean, quiet room to rent. I'll only be there Mon. through Thurs. nights, since I usually go home on the weekends. I'm looking for a place for at least a year, after which my wife and I may or may not put our house up for sale to move to Cincinnati (depending on the housing market!). I do need kitchen and bath facilities, but can provide a bed and dresser. An available TV would be nice, but not essential. I'm clean, neat, a homebody, and reliable with rent $$$. I can provide references, if needed.
