It's an in apartment building with a secure lock door for entry. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. There is a large living room and eat in kitchen! Both bedrooms have large closets. One of the bedrooms is bigger than the other. The walls are all painted. It is VERY nice!
Rent is 380 per person.
Heat and water is paid.
I will forfeit my security deposit as an incentive for you to move in!
Both rooms are looking for subletters!! Can do it separately, but it's a great place in a great location!
