area for 20 years. I recently got married, and my wife Tracy and I just bought
a new house in Cincinnati. We had lived in the advertised house for several
years and even though I'm excited to have a place for my wife and I to have
to ourselves, I'm sad to leave the Newport house! I have made friends for life
in the four years I lived at 421 Washington, and without exception, everyone
else who has lived here agrees that it's a great experience. Everyone in the
house has a good balance between work and fun....usually laid back during the
week, but can party with the best on the weekends. As for the current roommates,
Jamie, 24 female, Rick, 29, male, Aurelien 26 male, Lyndsy 24 female, and Kristin
24 female, are all very cool and easy to get along with. We have occasional parties,
and often watch movies or sports in Hi Def on my 120" projector screen. Everyone
has a lot of fun in the house, but with busy schedules and spacious living space
it's easy to find privacy and quiet if needed.
Sorry, although I'm an animal lover, due to the dynamic of the house, no pets

I have a very quiet 10 lb dog and any of your house trained/tame pets are welcome! I have clean habits, good manners, no time to throw house parties or even go to them for that matter. I get along with everyone, I swear. I am a very busy person, and my roommate would probably not see me more than a couple days a week.
This is a really attractive apartment in Downtown Cincinnati, open floor plan, nice glazed cement floors, huge windows, lots of natural light, a corner apartment (see floor plan), spacious closets in both bed rooms, tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, laundry facilities on each floor, new upgraded appliances, ceiling fans, contemporary hardware, high efficiency heat and air, state-of-the-art telecommunications system with cable lines and high speed internet access, private intercom to each loft, temperature controlled hallways, rubbish chute on each floor.
Despite the location in Over the Rhine, our apartment building is extremely secure, and our surrounding couple blocks are quite charming. Parking on the street is usually easy to find within a safe block walk, but parking is available for $75 per month in the indoor parking garage with direct elevator access to each floor.
