I recently got a new job northwest of Cincinnati and so my H and I need to move! We are in a lease right now in southeastern Cincinnati, but are going to be putting it up for someone to take over our lease after the New Year. We have a goal of being out of our current lease by February 1 or March 1. This means we are looking to move into a Single Family home, unfurnished, and pet friendly by February 1 or March 1, 2010.

Pet friendly is NOT NEGOTIABLE as we have 2 dogs under 20lbs (probably combined!) although they are house trained and always crated when we are not home. We need atleast 2 BR, 1 BA and a dishwasher preferred. A fenced in yard would be really nice too! We would be willing to look at townhouses that have yards, but we are NOT INTERESTED in multi-unit apartment buildings and apartment communities, so don't even contact us if that's what you have. Our desired rent is $750/month plus utilities but we could be willing to negotiate for the right property for us!

Hey everybody!

At the moment, I do not have an apartment so if my potential roommate wanted to apartment search with me, we could pick one out together that we both love! I'm looking to move to the West Chester/Mason area but, I'm also looking at apartments in Loveland, Landen, & Milford (including any other surrounding towns). The estimated rent would be, at most, $630 each per month. This price includes half of the rent (of an apartment that's $950 a month) & half of the utilities, including cable & wireless internet. Most of the apartments I've looked at are in the $600 - $850 per month range & I rounded up on my guestimates of how much our utilities would be so $630 is an inflated price but, I wanted to give a high estimate just to be on the safe side.

Age doesn't really matter to me as long as you're mature & responsible. Must have a job with reliable income. Non-smoker is preferred but, I can tolerate an outside smoker. No drugs or heavy partiers please.

Also, I would be willing to live with somebody who already has a place!

If he did he would realize that the weeds have grown out of the bushes and up the side of the building where they are now growing into the gutters. The one time I called to complain he recommended that I call the Health Department if I had an issue with it. I am not a complainer, but I would like to raise my son in a healthy environment.
