I prefer to have a reliable person with at least 3 years experience caring for children to come to my home to care for my daughters, 4 and 1. My littlest one still takes lengthy naps and I prefer her to do so in her own crib and home. My oldest in is half day preschool Wednesday thru Friday. I have transportation for her for those days to be taken to and from school and my schedule may permit me to be off earlier on Thursday and Friday. That is why I need someone to be flexible with the scheduling in the beginning.

You will most likely be at our home full days on Mon, Tues, and Wed. We love to have someone with early childhood education or similar background. Our oldest loves to learn and the youngest is following suit. Must also be comfortable around dogs. Ours is almost 11 and sleeps most of the time unless he smells you eating or hears you going to the pantry.

If you have a young child or two of similar ages, we can talk about the possibility of you being able to bring them as well. Or depending on how far you live and other matters, I may consider dropping my children at your place for half the week or the full week, whichever turns out to work the best.
