This tape is still sealed / shrink wrapped. The cover describes this as a “video scrapbook of the largest disaster of its type in our area in three decades.” It documents and follows the events of the devastating Flood of March, 1997 as it unfolds along the Ohio River from Ohio, KY, and Indiana.

This tape was only available at the time of production from WKRC-TV or the sponsor, Provident Bank, and the profits went to The American Red Cross which provided help for those who were affected by this disaster. What a great documentation of a major natural disaster here in this area.
