HI, thanks for opening this. We are a family with four children. My husband and I have been hit with difficult times this year. I have been laid off for a long period of time now and my husband's jobs are far to none these days. The construction market isn't doing so well so he has been completing applications and has resulted in him working for Mcdonalds. While the pay is very little and trying to be certain we pay the bills, we have had to move and are having a difficult time making rent due on time and then having all the late fees on top. We have three boys 11, 10 and 7 our daughter is 6. They some what know we are having hard times although we try to keep them out of the loop on the hard times. We aren't looking for much maybe a gift or two to help out. If anyone is able to be our christmas angel please email in response to this ad.

While out trick-or-treating Halloween night with my little boy and his friends, I lost my digital camera after wiping out on a patch of wet muddy leaves. We were in the Longfield Acres subdivision (including streets such as Tall Oaks, East Tall Oaks, Longfield, Linden, Blue Spruce, Redbud, Wade, Cypress, and Crabapple). I know I had the camera with me for most of Linden, so if anyone found a silver Fuji Finepix on Linden, Longfield, SR 131, or Buckwheat, its return would be very, very much appreciated. In fact, I am not really even concerned about the camera -- I would just like to have the memory stick back, as it has all the pictures of my son and his friends getting ready for Halloween, carving pumpkins, trick-or-treating, etc. PLEASE, if you are a parent, you know how important preserving memories is -- please return this camera to my family!

Hello , I am posting this in hopes to come across someone who has some spare clothing or things they no longer need that they could bless my son's with , my oldest is 14 years old and is in need of clothing and a coat . Is anyone driving to Houston or the Houston area in the next few days? My brother and his son took a trip to Ohio in hopes to finding work. He is in the CIincinnati area No such luck. So, him and his boy are ready to come back home to Houston, only problem is, he does not have a penny to his name. We have a small family and most of us work in the oil industry, and work has slowed down here quite a bit as well. We do not have the money for air or even bus fare. we have collected around $100 and we are still well short. My mother has had kidney failure for the last 5 years and has been on dialysis 4 of those years. She has type O blood so it's harder to find a match for her. I was tested to be her donor and I was not a match. Our coordinator at the University Hospital had entered us into an exchange program. They are searching for a family that I would match the kidney failure patient and their donor would match my mom. However, I must drop about 20-30 pounds before surgery can accure due to the process of it. I have started walking. I am in need of a tredmill. Doesn't have to be new of course, just something that works. I am trying to get a gym membership but thats impossible for me to pay for right now. 28 year old woman with Muscular Dystrophy (Cincinnati)

I have a 28 year old daughter that is in need of a good running van. She is still paying on one that is out of commission and cost more to repair than it's worth. She is currently paying $159 monthly in payments plus full coverage that they won't let her drop. I was letting her use my van however, mine is now going putt-putt. I only get $217 weekly unemployment. The ACCESS bus hurts her body very badly every time it hits a bump plus, she vomits a lot which is part of her disease and doesn't like vomiting on the bus in front of people. My son attempted an unsuccessful benefit dance that only brought in $133.00 and it cost me and my son a total of $129.00 which we did not reimburse ourselves for. If you can help please help us with another fundraiser as it is obvious we don't know what we are doing or can donate money or a used van, it would be very highly appreciated. Help a family donating a kidney (Hamilton)

My mother has been suffering with kidney failure for 4 years now. She has dialysis and is on the transplant list. I did testing to donate but I was not a blood match. However, we just entered a program to exchange a kidney with a family and they give her one. I was accepted into the program and I need to drop 20 pounds before surgery. What I am needing is a tredmill to help me lose the weight or an elipitcal. Even if someone wants to donate a membership for 3 months to a local gym that would be appreciated. I would show you any documents you need to see that this is legit and a true program we are entering. I don't want to see my mother suffer any longer with dialysis as well as any other family. You too should consider being a living donor. So many people can live better normal lives with your act of kindness and love.
