The Office / Administrative Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of Freeman Heyne providing for a productive work environment for all employees.  Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:<br>

General Administration<br>
•	Customer Service, relating to any needs a client may have<br>
•	Work to improve, create and implement office procedures <br>
•	Work to improve, create and implement firm operations / processes<br>
•	Maintenance of current paper and computer folders<br>
•	Mass Mailing, Data coordination & printing<br>

Technology<br>
•	Work to establish new procedures to improve flow of communication both internal and external<br>
•	Coordinate installation, training and implementation of new technologies, software, procedures and systems<br>

Database Administration<br>

The A&F training program is a comprehensive 90-day plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. Assistant Manager<br>
The Assistant Manager and Project Manager must maintain a constant line of communication to ensure their positions act as one and the operation is equally effective no matter which manager is present.  The Assistant Manager assumes the duties, responsibilities, and authority of Project Manager when on duty.  Their goal is to ensure the facility is operating in a way that maximizes revenue, but ensures quick and friendly service in a clean environment.<br>

The Assistant Manager must be familiar with all duties, procedures, and policies at the facility.  They must oversee all of these duties and ensure the procedures and policies are being enforced.  The Assistant Manager has the authority to reprimand employees if procedures and policies are not being followed.<br>

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all duties of the supervisors and customer service reps, along with the following:<br>
<br>
•	Develop maintenance plans daily, weekly, and monthly. (Striping, pressure washing, painting…)<br>
•	Oversee all maintenance and janitorial activity.  <br>
•	Oversee supervisors and customer service reps.<br>
•	Ensure daily maintenance checklist is being completed.  Spot check all work and make sure the facility’s cleanliness is acceptable by FSNG standards.<br>

•	Ensure all employees are in uniform, on time, and performing up to FSNG standards.<br>
