Hello to all,
I am an artist that really enjoys drawing. I am in a tight spot around this time of season so I guess I have to put my talent to work. If you or someone you know would like a self portrait drawing of themself or a friend then I can give you a great deal. I am a single father of two children and I am getting slammed with child support to the point where I can't even get my children anything for christmas. So if I can use my skills to earn up some well needed cash then I better do it. I am offering drawings at $40 dollars for a 10" X 14". I know someone out there would like to give someone something like this for christmas and it sure would help me out. I'm not sure how many people are going to reply to this so forgive me if I get overwhelmed with work. I will take the first set of orders and repost after completion. The only thing I need from you is a picture of who ever it is that I am to draw. It doesn't really matter how big it is but I would recommend at least a 4" X 6" picture for the best detail. The Wexner Center is now accepting entries for the newly named Ohio Shorts juried film showcase through March 26, 2010. The popular annual showcase�to be held May 8, 2010 and to include both an adult and youth division�provides Ohio�s independent media artists a chance to show their work in a theatrical setting in front of an audience. Last year�s showcase brought in entries from across the state, ranging from traditional filmmaking narratives to flash animation. Works will be selected by a diverse jury of media professionals and artists. �With a new name, a new logo, and an extended application period, we�re hoping to reach a wider audience of budding filmmakers and video artists,� says Jennifer Lange, associate curator of media arts. �This is a fabulous event, and we want to encourage as many people as possible to enter.�

In addition to the top prizes, the Cardinal Health Foundation�for the second year�will choose five finalists from the youth division finalists to produce a PSA on healthy lifestyles. These finalists will receive a stipend from the foundation and ongoing technical support from the Wexner Center. Once the spots are completed, one of the artists will be selected for an additional top prize and may have their piece broadcast nationally/regionally.

YOUTH DIVISION OVERVIEW: Pieces must be independently produced, no longer than 10 minutes, and produced in Ohio within the last 18 months by an artist who will be 18 years of age or younger at the time of the showcase. This year�s Youth Division work will screen at 4:30 pm on May 8 and will include a post-screening reception. Prizes will be awarded to the top youth-produced work. I think i have several look features. rugged, smart, rich . sporting, see where i am going unlimited possibilites. I am 6 ft 1 in 233, I am down fro 304. so it is leaning and lean muscle that is left. if I could loose say 30 more I would be most likely solid muscles definition. muscle you retain if you have buit it befor a certain age , I got a little lazy also had a bad abck condition better now down for 304 ---to 233 multitudes of background. types and profesions. I am planning on starting a youth art club. It will include music, drawing, painting, sculpting, pottery and whatever else we can put together.
I need to know if there is an interest for this other than my fifteen year old son who is gifted in drawing. If I get enough people together, I will get a place to
meet weekly and get this organized. There are not enough art programs in the area unless you go downtown. My son goes to the summer program at the Art Institute
and that is expensive and not to mention a drive. Our gifted youth need something local. They also need a group setting where they can meet people and share ideas.

If you look at the work of Michelangelo, Some of it was machinery design. I need someone with substancial finances to build my machine.
It involves firefighting. I chuckle and say stupid when a fire truck drives by. They have every best intention to put the fire out, but in reality they have no real tools that save human life in a timely manner. Flashovers kill way to many people. I am proposing a machine that would render a house to 50 degrees in about 60 secs from contact.
This Idea swims in my head and from time to time and surfaces only to tease me. Should you be interested I am willing to discuss this at length. The design would use the heat as a power source rendering the house safe and flashover proof. If you are of the sort that might have the gumption to flag this post. I promise you this oh flagger- think of the houses burnt to the ground that you saw in your lifes adventures and don't be responsible for hindering someone who could stop most of these.

Requirements:

*Clear, large photo of the person (preferably the original size, untouched, no photoshop)

* Make sure you own the photo. I am unable to use the work of a professional studio without a written release of the image. It is respect and the law.

* A general idea of what you would like. Do you see an angel? A Fairy? A Pixie? A Vampire? Good? Evil? Soft? Sweet? I would hate to turn you or your loved one into something you don't want!

* I let the photo talk to me. I study it, look at the lighting, the expression, the person. Then I start choosing a background, and other elements such as wings, horns, extra elements, and also develop the style and feel of the final image. The creation of your work of art begins!

* At certain times during the process, I will send you a small, low resolution, watermarked version as a proof and get your input on the image thus far. It is not the final version so things will not be perfect, but if something is glaringly out of place or disturbing, tell me. We can usually change subtle things like a color or element, but remember, each piece is unique and each original image is studied so that the right elements are chosen just for it. You will love the final results!

I am also able to enhance your photos in other ways! Color corrections, color pop, eye enhancements, remove red eye, smooth skin(in most cases), remove an annoying element from an otherwise great image. Just write to me and ask. If it is out of my ability, I let ya know.

THINGS I CAN NOT DO

* I can not use photos that are copyrighted without a written statement from the studio.

* I can not change the clothing someone is wearing. I am going to learn about this trick, but as of right now, I am unable to do it well enough to offer it as a service.

* I can not turn a blurry, poorly exposed photo into a clear, sharp, masterpiece. I am good, but not a miracle worker yet.

Quality photographs required (clearly focused, not at a great distance, and at LEAST 4 x 6 in. prints). I can do black and white, and make it color if you desire.
